Now, you’ve got a booking form ready to go you’ll need to get it into a PDF file. I recommend that you use Adobe Acrobat Reader. Acrobat Reader will not only make it easier to read, but, it will make it easier to make corrections to.

When you get the bookings ready for your customers, all you need to do is enter them in. You don’t have to worry about putting dates or any of the other things you would have to do for paper form books. You can leave these fields blank.

If you don’t want to provide the names of people who have bookings booked and you don’t want to enter these details into the form, simply edit the event on the form and you’ll get a full list of the names and the email addresses of the people who have bookings. Of course, you could just add the names of the people in the ‘to do’ list for the day.
